ACE has a large inventory of special application tooling required to build your custom cables. TYCO/AMP, Molex, JST and 3M are among the many connector types available.
From the simplest leadwire to the most complex cable assembly, ACE has the experience to manufacture them to your exact specifications.
ACE uses high speed automation to process the terminated wires. UL guidelines for pull force as well as the manufacturers crimp height specifications are used to control crimp quality. SPC techniques are employed to monitor machine and process output parameters.
